another 表示三者或三者以上的另一个/些
others就直接指代 other nurses,所以就重复了。

all 的 用法：
1.作主语：
All are at present. 所以的现在都出席了。
2.作表语：
That's all. 就到这了。
3.作宾语：
He has given all to us. 他把他的一切都给了我们。
4.作定语：
All the students are having classes.所有的学生都在上课。
