3月20号通过UPS所寄物品因为超重卡关，被海关监管，要求付关税与增值税。但我司只负担快递费用，其余部分请贵司承担。

The goods sent on March 20 by UPS is detained and supervised by the customs because they are overweight. It was asked for tariff and VAT (VALUE-ADDED TAX). However,we will just afford the fees for express deliuery and please pay for the other fees by your own.
