But what is the emotional intelligence? In other words ,emotional intelligence is about the following foctors:

the first ,knowing how you and others feel and what to do about it. Second ,knowing what feels good and what feels bad and how to get from bad to good.

finnally,possessing emotional awareness, sensitivity and the management skills that will help us to maximise our long-term happpiness and survival.
