catch up with与come up with的区别

catch up with赶上某人或进度
come up with想出办法

两者都有追赶上的意思。但通常都用“catch up with"表示赶上。
例：You can catch up with him by working hard.
come up with 偏重“想出，提出”的意思。
He often comes up with a great idea.

catch up with 和come up with 都有追上，赶上之意。只是catch up with 意在（匆忙）如追公交车等，而come up with 一般指位置上的接近。
