8. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Should this proposal be accepted through the issuance of the respective Purchase Order, THE SUPPLIER guarantees that the PRODUCTS shall be new, of top quality and shall meet the use purposes established by the Parties, as well as compliance with the conditions of the respective Purchase Orders and technical characteristics provided at the time of coding the product or those commonly used in the market.
The PRODUCT guarantee shall apply when:
8.1. Once delivered at the destination point, the PRODUCT or PRODUCTS show defects as to design, materials, and/or manufacture. The guarantee shall be in force for a period of _____ (Number of Years), as of the date of the respective invoice, and shall indemnify THE DISTRIBUTOR for any damage, cost or loss undergone by the latter. 8.产品质量保函
此方案应在签发每张订货单时就被予以接受。厂商应确保产品为全新，高质量，并且能够达到订购方要求产品应具备使用价值的标准，同时也要确保符合每张订单各自的情况和产品编号时的技术特征，或者确保其产品不与市面上的一般产品发生冲突。
产品质量保函适用于以下情况：
