这是个定语从语,为什么要用to which引导呢,which为什么就不行呢??而且"to which"在定语从句中什么成份啊?

是关系代词（不是关系副词哦！）
如果是in（or at， on etc.） which 代表地点的话 就相当于 where 就是关系副词了！
这个句子换一种说法你就能理解了：There are no answers to all questions.
the answer to the question是个短语，意思是“问题的答案”
TO跟QUESTION有关 正常应该是THERE ARE NO ANSWERS TO ALL QUESTIONS.
