What is Socrates’ argument for why people should not fear death? (Please paraphrase it, in your own words.) Is his argument compelling? Why or why not? Is fear of any kind always the mark of cowardice? Explain.

People should not fear death because no one could experience his own death.

The argument is not compelling, for on the other hand, the fear of death reflects the fear of lack of life, that is the wish of life, because life goes when death comes.

Fear does not always mean cowardice, for fear is just a word in physiology and it's often out of control. Sometimes the fear of something means self-protection.

Sorry, I don't know!
