我是通过一个加拿大本地的中介办的出国手续，然后给他汇钱的时候我在我们当地银行咨询了一下办理外汇手续很麻烦，办不了。 后来因为我们这离北京近就临时决定去北京汇款，就没来得及通知那个中介，以为到那就能汇走呢，结果第二天刚好赶上清明节，银行暂停三天业务。而且我咨询了一下办理这种外汇必须由经理签字还得提前预约。我当时真的想哭啊。人生地不熟的又是自己一个人。 宾馆里又没有电脑， 就一直耽误没告诉人家一声，我估计那中介肯定会不高兴的 ， 但是又不知道怎么表达我真的很抱歉。因为已经耽误了4 天了快。 今天刚汇走 但是不知道怎么用英语表达。 求大家帮帮我 我真的很着急。。 谢谢谢谢谢谢谢谢谢谢。。。。。。。
