为什么不是where was it that did you find your lost pen?呢？

where =(介词+place)
强调句的陈述句是：It was (介词+place)that you found your lost pen.
换成疑问句就是：
Where was it....
that后面的从句要用陈述句语气。从句都这样。不只是这个句子。
