With the rate of unemployment hovering at high levels, many criticisms often hear these days are that the students at universities should be taught more skills which are useful for them to find jobs. In my opinion, the fundamental purpose of college students is not to find jobs but to accomplish themselves.
To find a job is not only relying on one’s interview skill but also the experience and knowledge. Maybe a skillful interviewer can stand test more easily, but he will never do a good job in his work because he might graduated with a poor mark in his major. On the contrary, a good student is more likely to do a better job on his work until he finds it, though he will fail many times in interviews. However, success came/comes after failure, he can reserve his strength for the next interview. Finally, I believe, a wise supervisor will realize that he get a good employee.
