11例ADHF患者，冻干rhBNP用药后24h(18±6h)及用药前相比，生命指标及临床症状、体征得到明显改善。有8例收缩压及舒张压下降，7例心率及呼吸频率减慢，10例在呼吸困难程度方面均有不同程度改善，尿量明显增加。治疗过程中均未出现低血压及严重肾功能损害的不良反应。
11 cases of patients with ADHF, freeze-dried rhBNP 24 h after treatment (18 ± 6h), and compared to before treatment, life indicators and clinical symptoms and signs improved markedly. 8 cases decreased systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and seven cases of respiratory rate slowed, in the 10 cases of respiratory difficulties of varying degrees in both improved volume increased significantly. In the course of treatment had no serious hypotension and renal dysfunction adverse reactions.
