大致的情况是：我公司向国外客户订货，GCC-023 和GCC-029 两种产品，现在他们把形式发票已经发过来了，现在我公司想问对方备货的情况，以及让他们及时把CoA（产品分析单）和Spec Sheet（规格单）寄给我们，以便我公司安排付款事宜。

其实基本意思是清楚的，对方也应该能够明白。只是有个别不太符合语法的地方可以修改一下。
