if和whether都当“是否”讲时，是不是所有句中的if都可以用whether来代替？是不是当“是否”讲时，都用whether即可？

为什么？有反例吗？

if和wether都是"如果",但是wether后面可以有or not,但是if后面接陈述句,例句I wonder if he likes this.和I wonder wether he likes this or not.(
if后面接陈述句,我之前说错了....陈述句表达疑问语气
反例:I want to know if he will come.
可改写写成I want to know wether he will come
但是I want to know wether he will come or not .改成I wonder if he will come or not .就不可以.这是语法.我的答案不一定对,你最好问问别人
