所有软件都不能卸载了

选择卸载就谈出一个对话框：

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line swich(NOT RECOMMENDED)

重新安装的软件就可以卸载，其他的还是不行，怀疑是windows出了问题，还请达人指点
