系统不知道出现了什么毛病？

QQ和劲舞团都安装不了了？一点QQ安装程序就出现个英文的对话匡，然后就安装不了了~

是出现什么样的对话框啊 是不是 NSIS Error

如果是这样的话,你可以到360社区论坛上相关的文章,上面有介绍怎么杀这个毒的,如果不想找就整个硬盘要全格的,重装系统都没有用的

可能是病毒，先进安全模式下杀病毒吧。
也有可能是没启动WINDOWS INSTALLER服务造成的
