本文分析了当前我国企业自主创新的现状及制约我国企业提升自主创新能力的因素,分析了目前我国企业自主创新存在的主要问题和企业加强自主创新能力的客观必然性，并提出确立企业创新主体地位、科学选择自主创新模式、拓宽自主创新投融资渠道、加强产学研结合和加强政府推动是提高我国企业自主创新能力的重要途径。并且认为要有效提升企业的自主创新能力，必须做好“五个创新”，即创新观念，创新机制，创新模式，创新队伍，创新环境。
