这一般都是银行固定格式条款，USD13000是不是你打错了
当我行收到单证一致的单据，我们会在收到议付行加押电报通知我行议付后5个工作日内根据议付行付款指示偿付。
在该证项下每次交单产生不符点，我行均将在款项中扣除USDXX的不符点费用。
