In the proposed customized milk run for export parts, the orders are customized with respect to individual customers. •降低成本：减少仓储成本（通过减少面积和设备的要求） ，在材料处理成本，在库存成本。
•减少循环时间（近三天） 。
•提高了交货的频率。
•增加供应商整合（通过改善电子数据交换和供应商的套餐部分） 。
