一个企业成功的国际化经营首先取决于其人力资源国际化配置的能力和水平。近年来,在发展全球化经营中,我国企业大量在海外拓展业务,有不少已经取得不错的业绩。但也有一些企业,在海外跨国经营中却出现了 “水土不服”的现象,有的甚至损失严重,难以为继。因此,关于我国企业跨国人力资源管理的研究成为一个很重要的课题。本文主要以海尔美国分公司为例,主要讨论我国企业跨国人力资源管理存在的一些问题,以及如何看待和解决“文化冲突”,最后给出一些可行性的建议。
