本文以基于INTERNET的网络教学系统E-learning系统的设计与实现为课题，对系统体系结构及功能、数据库的设计、系统软硬件开发环境等方面做了全面描述，并且以“在线答疑室”为例，对该模块的功能描述、开发过程等做了详细介绍，揭示了网上教学软件开发的一般方法。
