书上说由于是过去发生的事所以不能用to be considered
可是我还是不懂

你给的第一句就是一句简单的过去式，表示事情已经发生过，到现在已经结束，而你给的第二句，是将来时，表示还没发生的事情，那你的第一句里已经说了 in the past ，你想想还能用to be 这种表示将来时的结构吗，对不对
过去被视为不可能的事现在都成了现实
considered impossible这个过去分词短语做为后置定语
修饰主语
to be似乎得用将来的时态，to be<--打算做却还没做的。
Many things which were used to be considered impossble are common today~~这样好些~
to be considered就是被动语态了。
