Accountabilities
1To manage and coach sub-ordinates to achieve their best performance
2To pursue recovery from third liable party and from Protection and Indemnity underwriters

5To make a reasonable, realistic and timely decision on each and every cargo claim
6To maintain Claim Smart system in terms of efficiency and accuracy
7To generate reports and filing
Requirements
1University graduated or higher (maritime law degree is an advantage)
22-5 years working experience on cargo claims handling and / or international shipping / logistics company
3Able to read, write and speak fluent English
4Knowledge on PC (Word and Excel)
5Attention to details
6Willing to work earlier or overtime if required
7Good communication and negotiation skill

工作职责：
1.管理及培训下属，以达到其最佳绩效
2 向第三方责任方寻求恢复，从担保人处得到保障并追回赔偿金
3 批准卖方发票和货物索赔借记通知单
4 准备每月的管理报告
5 对每一笔及每一项货物索赔申请，作出合理的、实际可行的、适时的判断
6 维持索赔申请系统的高效、精确运行
7 导出报告并备案
要求
1 大学毕业或更高学历（海事法律学位优先考虑）
2 2-5年货物索赔处理/国际航运/物流公司的相关工作经验
3 英语阅读、写作及会话流利
4 懂计算机操作（ Word和Excel ）
5 注重细节
6 可以在较早的时间上班或在需要时加班
7 良好的沟通和谈判技巧
