这两个推荐的意思不一样哦,前一个是推举.

put forward

If you put forward a plan, proposal, or name, you suggest that it should be considered for a particular purpose or job.

put up就没有这个意思了

确实都有推荐的意思。肯定是高中英语题吧。如果是考试的话，我会选择A，凭感觉。

put up 最常用的意思应该是举起，抬起，如Put uo your hands!或张贴，如put up a notice (贴通知）。也有提出的意思，put up a case（例证）至于你说的推荐我还没遇见过，也许是我孤陋寡闻了
