人才的数量和质量不仅是当前知识资源的体现者,而且是企业学习能力最主要的决定者,因而备受企业的重视。然而中国大多数民营企业的人才高流失现象却令管理者困惑不已,由此引发的人才危机可能对企业的发展造成致命的威胁。过多的人才流失会影响企业队伍的稳定性和连续性,会影响顾客的满意度和忠诚度,也会导致企业核心竞争力的下降和经营成本的增加。民营企业“求人才难,留人才更难”的局面已屡见不鲜。本文分析了人才流失对民营企业的不利影响,着重从社会、企业、个人三方面分析了民营企业人才流失的原因,并提出了防止企业人才流失的对策,旨在为民营企业走出人才困境。更好的发挥人才的积极作用。
