本研究旨在考察近年来走上工作岗位的“80后”的工作价值观 研究使用作者自编的调查问卷调查了广州、东莞、深圳、韶关等家不同企业的28岁以下的员工个体。以被调查者的性别、级别、出生地、学历等为调查自变项,以 经济报酬、个人成长、工作社会地位、工作变异性等为应变项,通过问卷调查对其工作价值观进行深入调查,从社会、企业和个体三方面分析80后工作价值观的特征和存在问题。研究揭示,80后看重的工作价值观呈现7因子的结构模型,分别是:经济报酬,工作环境,个人成长与发展,组织文化与管理方式,社会地位,工作变异性及企业发展,且这七因子模型对员工良性价值观的形成呈正显著相关。
