高分子微球是一种新型的功能材料。目前对高分子微球的研究引起了越来越多的学者的兴趣,高分子微球的应用也越来越广泛,尤其在生物医学领域中有着很好的应用前景。本文综述了高分子微球在医学工程中的应用,其中着重介绍了磁性高分子微球。高分子微球有大分子单体法(Macromonomer Method)、种子聚合法(Seeded Polymerization)、分步异相凝聚法(Stepwise Heterocoagulation Method)、线球转变法(Coil-to-globule Transition Method)等制备方法。目前常用的高分子材料有聚多糖类、氨基酸类、乙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚苯乙烯等。如果再添加磁性材料或一些功能基团就能获得磁微球或荧光微球等高分子微球。它们在靶向给药、药物控释、基因治疗、药物筛选、细菌与病毒的鉴定等方面有着非常有效的应用。

Polymer microsphere is a kind of new functional material. Currently researches on polymer microsphere excites interests of more and more researchers, and it gives more and more prosperious applications especially in the field of biomedicine. In this article, it summarizes the applications of polymer microsphere in medical engineering, in which subject of magnetic polymer microsphere is emphasised. Polymer microsphere construction method includes Macromonomer Method,Seeded Polymerization,Stepwise Heterocoagulation Method,Coil-to-globule Transition Method and so on. Currently polymer materials are of polyos, amino acid, ethyl cellulose,polyvinyl alcohol,polyacrylic acid, polystyrene etc. And adding more magnetic material or some functional groups can help us gain polymer microsphere like magnetic microsphere or fluorescence microsphere.
