其实两者意思也没有什么不同，为什么事态用的不一样呢？？

一般来说by前面用过去完成
像He had finished his course by 2007.
而until是指保持一个持续的动作到。。。
not until是直到。。。才
是时间点和时间段的区分
下午两点前是一个时间段,表示动做一直进行对过去的影响,而下午两点是一个时间点,就是过去发生的
在中文上没区别,但是英语就有啊!
