刚买没1个月就蓝屏了，现在机器启动不起来，一启动就是蓝屏还出现以下字幕：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

嗯，确实只有重装了。你可以找张修复盘将系统备份到C盘，这样下次你就不用那么麻烦了
基本上来说，别的办法几乎是不可能了，你最好是保护好里面的重要文件
找客服！！！！！
他们管，不管你在那，找当地客服就型，凭你机子下面的一个号码就行！
这个蓝屏与系统无关，是主板的bios 问题！赶紧报修吧
找客服。 售后服务还好。
也可以坐下检查。如果你47MB内存还没有删除可以重启启动检查硬盘
