本文主要结合笔者近二十年的国企工作经历,对上海氯碱化工股份有限公司在改革中存在的一些问题进行了阐述,包括:领导干部的产生方式、对领导干部的监督方式以及对领导干部监督的职责分工中存在的问题。为了能够使这些问题得到解决,笔者提出了一些不成熟的设想和对策,如加强会计和工会对领导干部的监督作用等。笔者希望通过本人的努力,能够使大家对国企改革中存在的问题引起足够的重视,并借助大家的力量,来推动和完善国企改革。
