电脑超级卡啊！！！救命！

最近特别卡，其他倒还好，就是百度上不行，在贴吧开一个帖子要几分钟。。。受不了了！哪位指点一下，该怎么办？
优化大师下了，用过，重启了两次了都，可还是没什么效果，还慢！杀毒杀过。
