摘要：目前, 中小企业信用担保体系处在初级阶段，还很不完善, 功能十分有限。存在担保机构资金规模偏小、专业化程度较低、抗御风险能力不足、信用环境较差等问题，而中小企业联合担保融资方式的出现恰恰弥补了其他间接融资方式的不足。本文首先介绍了中小企业的融资背景以及现状，并对中小企业融资难的原因进行了分析，随后以武汉市联合担保融资方式为案例对联合担保融资方式进行了介绍，指出建立小企业联合贷款担保是解决小企业融资难的有效途径，并分析了联合担保方式的优势以及不足，对其不足提出了改进方法。
