I have two apples fewer than you这就话是I have two apples fewer than you do的省略。一般than sb 后的do都省略。

其实是than you have被省略掉了，词性应该根than前面的一样

但是you do和前面不搭配了啊～我觉得应该是相当于yours，或者you have也可以，因为是你的苹果的意思～
