摘要
从深度访谈和文献的基础上,笔者发现品牌信任是企业实施品牌战略的、建立顾客忠诚度的基础。品牌可靠度和品牌承诺是消费者对品牌信任的主要内涵,商品的外观,质量以及品牌精神文化、顾客情感认同是影响品牌信任的主要因素。品牌质量精致化、品牌风格独特化、品牌服务优质化、收买消费者的感官,促使消费者信仰品牌等方面都是提高品牌信任的基本措施。本文将会进一步探讨品牌信任的演化过程与形成机理。从访谈和文献资料中了解品牌信任对产品发展的作用和品牌信任对消费者的影响。并据此进一步提出赢得品牌信任的信任营销管理策略。
