insiste表示坚持认为自己是对的时接从句不用虚拟语气，当然其他情况要用虚拟语气（should）+ do
还有一种区分就是当insist接的从句中，动作已经发生不用虚拟语气，动作还未发生用虚拟语气。
例如：
I insist that you （should）give me my money back。
我坚持要你把钱还我（还钱动作还没发生那）
He insists that he gave me my money back.
他坚持说他前些天把钱还给了我（还过钱了，动作发生过了）
