怎么回事？

手机的电池里的电量彻底用完了,让手充一会电,在重新插一充电器就没问题了!

u take the battery off and replace it again! if will can switch on! what red light? if it is walkman player there, u may switch off it from walkman setting there lo! It can't switch off the red light, only can stop at there!
