本文从中小民营企业融资的基本理论以及中小民营企业在国民经济中的重要作用切入，阐述了目前我国中小民营企业的发展概况，先从现阶段民营企业融资难的表现分析着手;其次分别从理论上与实际上分析了民营企业融资难存在的问题。针对这些问题，结合美国、日本、中国台湾地区中小民营企业融资难问题解决方法和经验，总结了外国和其他地区先进实践对我们的借鉴意义和启示。最后提出了一些探索性的思路方法、对策建议。其主导思想是主要从加强中小民营企业自身素质建设、加强政府对中小民营企业外部环境的建设、建立适合中小民营企业特征的金融体系等方面解决融资问题。力求从根本上解决中小民营企业融资难的问题。
