能否改成I'll give my voto who(that) I blieve of the man如果不行劳请指点语法错误之处。非常感谢。

不行的 可以改成 I'll give my vote of whom I believe. 你上面的改法错了 是因为believe of 后面已经有了宾语 而且即使能用 你那也不能用who (that)
不行。
想用who的话，可以改成：
The man who I have faith in will get my vote.
