Abstract: Nowadays, market competitive is so intensive. If enterprises want to survive and obtain great development, enterprises should have strategical insight, improve self core competence basically. Strategy cost management is a fairly good approach.
This paper analyses the strategic management of China’s enterprise systematically, and finds the primary problem is the deficiency of strategic consciousness ’especially in implement of strategic management, stratagem establishment, stratagem execution and stratagem estimation. This paper presents a new method for the strategic management of China enterprises and gives suggestions and countermeasures to improve the strategic management of China’s enterprise with case study.

摘要：目前，市场竞争是如此密集。如果企业要生存和取得很大发展，企业应该有战略眼光，提高自身的核心竞争力，基本上。战略成本管理是一个相当不错的做法。
本文分析了战略管理的中国的企业系统，发现的主要问题是缺乏战略意识，特别是在实施战略管理，战略的建立，战略执行和战略的估计。本文提出了一种新方法，战略管理的中国企业并给出了建议与对策，以改善战略管理的中国企业与案例研究。
