三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附铅离子及其动力学的研究

本文通过对五个吸附单因素条件的考察,利用正交实验优化吸附条件,对最优吸附条件进行验证,研究了三聚磷酸二氢铝去除溶液中铅离子的情况。并通过确定动力学方程和吸附反应级数研究了三聚磷酸二氢铝吸附二价铅离子的动力学。结果表明:在三聚磷酸二氢铝的用量m=1.0g,吸附时间t=100min,铅离子初始浓度C0=50mg/L,吸附温度T=326K,吸附酸度pH=2.3的最优吸附条件下,对铅离子的去除率可达91.8%。此吸附过程符合一级反应动力学方程,吸附活化能Ea=19.37KJ/mol,A=32.14s-1 。
