Short-term static bioassays were conducted in duplicate to determine the toxicity of fluoride ion (F-) in soft water (hardness average value of 22 ppm CaCO3) to fingerlings (two months old) of Oncorhynchus mykiss Richardson and Salmo truttafario Linnaeus.
