我国中小企业人力资源管理研究
摘要:我国中小企业人力资源管理中出现大量问题,如管理体系不完善,管理意识落后,人员招聘方法单一,录用程序不规范,缺乏行之有效的激励机制,员工流动频率过高,人才流失严重,管理自身的资源有限,缺乏创新,这些都使得我国中小企业的人力资源管理水平不高。要想改变现状,必须提出提高我国中小企业人力资源管理水平的策略:完善我国中小企业人力资源管理系统,更新管理观念,采用多元化招聘方式,严格规范录用程序,建立完善的激励机制,建立完善的留人机制,构建人力资源外包的技术,提高我国中小企业人力资源管理的水平。

The research of HR of small and medium size enterprises in China

Abstract:
There springs lots of problems in the HR of companies medium and small

in our country, such as the faultiness of management system,the

backwardness of management awareness, the lackness of recruitment

methods,the barbarism of hiring procedures, the shortage of incentive

mechanism, the frequent mobility of staff, the serious brain drain,the

limited management resources,the lack of innovation, these are the

facts that result in the low level of HR of the enterprises in China.
In order to change the situtation,we should make the strategy to raise

the level of managment as follows:improve the management system of our

companies,update management notion, adopt a diversified recruitment

practices,regulate the entry process strictly,establish a completed

incen
