本课题在前人的理论基础上,构造了基于8051单片机的电弧炉弧长波形产生系统,通过对波形的发生环节的软硬件实现产生波形进而对电弧炉主电路的硬件进行仿真。
论文共阐述三个部分的内容。第一部是对电弧炉发展现状的概述介绍其发展现状。第二部分是对电弧炉主电路的系统的电路描述,此部分介绍其主电路的结构特性及其相关原理。第三部分是电弧炉主电路的硬件仿真试验平台及其实现,此部分由基于AT89C51的波形发生器、以AD0809,DA0832,LM324为核心器件的功率放大环节组成,此部分也介绍了单片机的程序流程。在设计硬件电路时以的炜煌试验箱及51开发板为基础,利用板上的相关硬件电路对硬件电路进行相关调试。
