摘要

在知识经济时代，企业之间的竞争可以说是人才的竞争。而在一个企业的人才培养和发展中起到关键作用的是企业文化，所以说企业文化是非常重要的。本文首先从企业文化的定义、内涵和表现形式、内容、特点等方面了解企业文化，并阐述了现代企业文化的特征和作用。接着探讨国内经过爆发式发展，但是依然处于相对弱势的民营企业（特别是其中的家族企业）的企业文化的建立和发展的历程来论证企业文化在现代企业发展中的巨大的作用。进而讨论当今民营企业在企业文化发展中的缺陷，从而对其未来的发展做出展望。

Abstract:
In the knowledge economy time, between enterprise's competition may say is talented person's competition. But plays the key role in an enterprise's personnel training and the development is the enterprise culture, therefore said the enterprise culture is extremely important. This article first from aspects and so on enterprise culture definition, connotation and manifestation, content, characteristic understood the enterprise culture, and elaborated the modern enterprise culture characteristic and the function. Then discusses the domestic process eruption type development, but still is in the relative weak trend private enterprise's enterprise culture establishment and the development course proves the enterprise culture to develop the huge function in the modern enterprise. Then discussion now private enterprise in enterprise culture development flaw, thus will make the forecast to its future development.
