earthquake pre-detection 与earthquake prediction有什么区别？

earthquake pre-detection 提前侦测到了。短期的，一定是会发生地震的。
earthquake prediction 可以是长期地预言。不一定发生。

当然有区别的，因为得先有提前侦测(earthquake pre-detection )然后才可以预言地震的发生(earthquake prediction)嘛
