本文首先提出导致我国大学毕业生数量迅速增长的主要原因是高等院校的大规模扩招，然后根据数据反映扩招后我国大学毕业生数量的逐年增长。如此数量的毕业生和人才市场上岗位竞争的激烈，致使毕业生很难找到合适的工作，不少大学生只能选择继续深造自己。文章结合我国目前大学生就业难的现状，从毕业生自身的综合素质、学校的就业指导模式和专业设置、用人单位的选人方面、以及其他一些影响着毕业生就业的方面，提出当前大学毕业生就业难的各方面原因，对这些原因结合自己的社会实习进行分析研究，并且举一些自己身边和社会上的例子，分别对这些原因一一进行说明，分析为什么这些原因会导致毕业生就业难，然后分别对这些导致毕业生就业难的原因从各方面提出应对措施和解决对策，为实现毕业生的充分就业提供参考。
