摘要：最低价中标法作为一种国外通常采用的评标方式，在国外建筑工程投标中广为运用，已成为一种国际惯例。实施最低价中标法可以使我国的建筑市场更快的与国际接轨，使建筑企业更快适应和参与国际竞争。本文通过对最低价概念的阐述以及其在招投标工作中的运用情况的描述，分析最低价中标在我国推行的合理性、可行性，对最低价中标法提出科学的建议。

Abstract: As a bid appraising way commonly used in foreign countries,"the lowest bid" method has been widely used in bidding for a construction and has become an international practice. It can help bring our construction market into line with international practice,so that construction enterprises can rapidly adapt to and participate in international competition. Based on the concept of "the lowest bid" method and its use in real work, scientific recommendations about"the lowest bid" method is to be made in this article by analyzing its rationality and feasibility in China's successful implementation.
