摘要：本文建立了离子交换-HPLC法测定利巴韦林口服液中含量测定的方法，采用以磺化交联的苯乙烯－二乙烯基共聚物为填充剂的氢型阳离子交换色谱柱，流动相为水（稀硫酸调至PH=2.5±0.1），检测波长为207nm，柱温：50℃，流速：0.5ml/min。结果表明：该方法的线性范围为0.0251~0.1254µg（回归方程y=114871449.3620x-72856.2500 r=1.0000）。平均回收率为101.31％，RSD为0.52％，且重复性、重现性、专属性均较好。实验表明该方法的准确度高，精密度好。认为用离子交换-HPLC法测定利巴韦林的含量优于C18-HPLC法。
