摘要:本文建立了离子交换-HPLC法测定利巴韦林口服液中含量测定的方法,采用以磺化交联的苯乙烯-二乙烯基共聚物为填充剂的氢型阳离子交换色谱柱,流动相为水(稀硫酸调至PH=2.5±0.1),检测波长为207nm,柱温:50℃,流速:0.5ml/min。结果表明:该方法的线性范围为0.0251~0.1254µg(回归方程y=114871449.3620x-72856.2500 r=1.0000)。平均回收率为101.31%,RSD为0.52%,且重复性、重现性、专属性均较好。实验表明该方法的准确度高,精密度好。认为用离子交换-HPLC法测定利巴韦林的含量优于C18-HPLC法。
