摘要
轻钢结构的发展如火如荼，特别在工业厂房的建设中则更为迅猛。从钢结构制造加工和施工企业数量的大幅增长就可窥见一斑。大好形势下，如何因势利导，大力发展轻钢结构，这是当前一个十分迫切的问题。本文拟就轻钢结构的优点、材料选择和轻钢结构施工组织以及造价等作一概略介绍。
本文以北京马驹桥物流中心轻钢结构厂房为研究对象，以该厂房的建筑图纸和国家现行建筑施工规范为依据，对该厂房进行施工组织设计的编制，包括从施工组织与管理、进度计划、总平面布置、施工技术方案、到质量目标和保证措施等一系列工作。通过对该厂房主结构、副钢结构和围护系统的工程量进行分析计算，列出详细清晰的工程量清。并结合当前钢结构市场材料单价，列出工程材料预算书。
最后在结论中，对轻钢结构的发展问题提出了几点个人见解，相信对此领域的发展也有一定的参考价值。
