摘要 鸡卵黄抗体是极具开发潜力的抗体资源。在适宜的离子浓度和pH值条件下,辛酸可与绝大多数的卵黄蛋白反应,形成不可逆的沉淀,唯有IgY类抗体蛋白不发生反应,仍留在上清中。本实验利用辛酸沉淀法提取鸡卵黄抗体,并优化提取条件。结果在2%辛酸浓度、水稀释比1:6、pH 5.5的条件下可以达到较好的提取效果,获得的卵黄粗提液的HI效价为1:512(HI为9)。表明辛酸沉淀法提取鸡卵黄抗体具有简单、快速、效果好等优点,具有进一步开发和利用的价值。
