近20年来,在发达国家中发生了多起电压崩溃事故,造成了巨大损失,也引起了世界各国对电压稳定问题的广泛关注,出现了许多有关的专著、报告、总结和论文。国内各大电网纷纷开展了电压稳定的研究工作。四川电网结合其2001~2002 年运行特点,对电网的不同运行方式(包括丰水期大方式、丰水期小方式及枯水期大方式及枯水期小方式)进行稳态潮流分析、静态电压稳定分析以及暂态稳定分析,研究四川电网在发生典型扰动时电网电压的稳定水平。
广西电网针对2001年典型接线方式、典型负荷状态下的静态电压稳定性进行分析,指出了电网电压稳定薄弱接点和薄弱区域。此外,云南电网、天津电网、山东电网、黑龙江电网及福建电网等都进行了各自电网的电压稳定性分析。
